15-yr-old pens novel inspired by greek mythology

The genre of fantasy novels saw an addition to the genre, with the release of 'Damien Black: The Battle of Lost Ages.'

The book, which has been written by 15-year-old Kevin Solomon Missal, contains characters inspired by Greek Mythology.

"It took me two months to finish writing this book and because my parents encouraged me, I decided to get it published. It was very difficult to find a publisher at first but when Diamond Publishers decided to publish the book, out of the several unpublished manuscripts I had, I decided to get Damien Black published," said Missal.

Chief minister Sheila Dikshit formally unveiled the book on Thursday. "It is fascinating to see that it has been inspired by Greek mythology characters. Such good work by young authors must carry on," said Dikshit.
