Four schoolchildren — two from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya and two from St Thomas School — have tested positive. They had come in close contact with the two students who had travelled to Malaysia and Singapore with their families and had tested positive last week.

St Thomas School sanitised the entire senior school on Saturday and has quarantined one section of Class XII.

“Everything has been disinfected. Those who are home quarantined will be joining school on July 27,” said Anuradha Amos, principal.

“These are all domestic cases. We are in touch with the school authorities and will try to contain the flu,” said Kiran Walia, Delhi’s Health Minister.

Two adults and an infant who returned from the US on Friday have also tested positive.
