The injured man is Devender Kumar. According to police, the incident happened on August 18.
Police arrested Manoj, Ajay and Jasbir, all in the age group of 20-23 years, while another accused Rahul is absconding.
According to police, the accused said they used to ply autorickshaws and during the recent strike, the victim forced them to stop plying their autorickshaws.
