Better rules to check tax defaulters: BJP

The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) said on Monday that the civic body needs a more streamlined procedure for the purpose of launching prosecution proceedings against property tax defaulters in the city.
