China it will not ask Pakistan to expedite the 26/11 trial or dismantle terror camps, Indian foreign secretary Nirupama Rao elaborating on the joint statement said on Thursday.

Rao added that Prime Minister has accepted Wen's invitation to visit China in 2011 as leaders of both the countries need to meet more often.

Indian and Chinese leaders have agreed to meet more regularly and that foreign ministers of both countries will meet annually.

Rao added that Wen took up the issue of stapled visas to resident of Jammu and Kashmir and said that his country takes India's concern the issue seriously.

Wen said official should take in depth consultation on the issue.

She added that the hotline between leaders of India and China has been operationalised.

Earlier India and China signed six agreements in diverse areas ranging from media and cultural exchanges to green technologies.

New Delhi and Beijing scaled up their bilateral target to $100 billion by 2015 and agreed to take steps to promote Indian exports to China with a view to reducing India's trade deficit.

"There is enough space in the world for the development of both India and China and indeed enough areas for India and China to cooperate," said a joint communique issued after the delegation level talks headed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Premier Wen Jiabao.

The talks lasted for more than an hour.
