All the doors on the train's left were left open for two minutes, according to CNN-IBN. The train started from Arjangarh with open doors which were shut only after reaching Ghitorni, the next station.

"The doors remained open between the Arjangarh and Ghitorni stations. The incident occurred sometime between 9:30am and 9:45 am," IANS quoted an official.

DMRC has ordered a probe into the incident. "Prima facie, it is an error by the train operator and he has been suspended with immediate effect. The matter is being investigated," a DMRC official said.

There is no report of injury to any passenger or damage and metro trains are running as per schedule. The spokesperson said to PTI that the matter is being investigated.
