Delhi swine flu toll touches 52

The swine flu toll in the city reached 52 after another patient admitted in a hospital succumbed to the H1N1 virus today.

Meanwhile, 18 swab sample tested positive for the H1N1 virus taking the count of laboratory confirmed swine flu cases
in the city to 1,355 so far this year.

"One death due to swine flu was reported from Lok Nayak Jai Prakash hospital today. With this the total toll is 52 of
which 33 are from the city alone," a Delhi government official said.

Of the 18 positive cases, four swab samples are of children.
