According to officials at the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a dip in temperature can be expected in the forthcoming days.
“A slight chill, that will take the temperature 1ºC to 2ºC below normal, can be expected in the coming week,” said SC Bhan, director, IMD.
According to officials, fog is also on the cards for the Capital in the coming days. “Shallow fog will continue to cloak the city till at least the middle of this month,” Bhan added.
The maximum temperature on Monday was recorded as 23.9ºC. With cold wave gripping parts of Kashmir, Punjab and Haryana, Delhi is also expected to see low temperatures this week.
