The light drizzle that hit parts of the city on Wednesday failed to provide relief, as temperatures stayed above the normal mark.

The coming days are expected to be as warm, with thunder storms and light rain expected on Thursday.

On Wednesday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 40.2 degrees Celsius – three degrees above normal. The minimum temperature, recorded at 31 degrees Celsius, was also 3 degrees above normal.

Humidity was recorded between 32% and 59% and kept the city sweating.

The weatherman has forecast a party cloudy sky with thunder development in some areas. The maximum and minimum temperature will be 40 and 30 degrees respectively.
