The accused have been identified as Prem Kumar, 35, from UP's Muzaffarnagar and Sonu Sehgal, 30, from Rohtak in Haryana. The duo supplied pseudoephedrine tablets across Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR), said SBS Tyagi, DCP (crime and railways).

"During examination, Kumar revealed that about 8-9 years ago, he operated a clinic of his own and started supplying the medicines. He used to get loose medicines manufactured through his contacts Dayanand and Sanjay Dubey of Roorkee," said DCP Tyagi.
