HC blast chargesheet likely today

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is likely to file its chargesheet in the Delhi High Court blast case on Tuesday. HT reports.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is likely to file its chargesheet in the Delhi High Court blast case on Tuesday.

The NIA is likely to charge all the six accused — Wasim Akram Malik, Amir Abbas Dev, Junaid Akram Malik, Amir Ali Kamal, Shakir Hussain and a juvenile — in the case.

The NIA has been able to arrest only Wasim Akram Malik, Amir Abbas Dev and the juvenile so far.

The juvenile accused has been released on bail. The youth will be charged in a juvenile court, for which a separate chargesheet will be filed.

The agency has moved court to issue process of proclamation against Junaid, Amir Ali Kamal and Shakir Hussain.
