HC upholds GGSIPU statute for NOC from state govt
The Delhi high court comprising acting chief justice AK Sikri and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw on Monday dismissed a plea challenging the validity of Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha University's (GGSIPU) mandatory requirement for NOC from the concerned state government while granting affiliation to educational institutions there.
