Jaitley case: No bail for cop
A city court has denied bail to Delhi police constable Arvind Dabas who is in jail in the Arun Jaitley call records case.

A city court has denied bail to Delhi police constable Arvind Dabas who is in jail in the Arun Jaitley call records case.
Dismissing the bail application, chief metropolitan magistrate Amit Bansal said the accused had committed a serious offence, as he impinged" upon the right to privacy of various persons and had attacked their fundamental rights of life and liberty.
According to the prosecution, counsel Dabas had hacked into the official email account of an assistant commissioner of police to send a request to a mobile service provider for the call detail records of the BJP leader.
The police had arrested him on February 14.
