Metropolitan Magistrate Naresh Kumar ordered that Bhasin be sent to jail for 13-days after the Delhi police submitted that they did not want to interrogate him further.
Bhasin (19) was allegedly at the wheels when his BMW car hit two men on a motorcycle around 2:30 am on September 11 near Moolchand flyover in South Delhi.
Meanwhile Bhasin refused to undergo the test identification parade, a move which could go against him during the trial.
