There is a lack of enough trained people and lack of willingness of companies to train their people, to invest in training. This is a fundamental difference between IT and KPO companies. Organisations like Infosys and Wipro have training facilities on campuses. The business of KPO is all about knowledge. It’s the responsibility of companies to train their people but young people should also take this upon themselves and not hop jobs. Young professions job-hop, so they have not really learnt much. They drive themselves out of the market because the industry because they haven’t gained (much) knowledge.
