Delhi unit President of LJP's youth wing Suresh Chaudhury and NCP leader Jagdish Lohia joined the saffron party along with their supporters at a function in Delhi BJP office.

Chaudhary had contested last year's assembly election from Sangam Vihar while Lohia fought the election from Mehrauli seat.

Both Chaudhary and Lohia said they will work for the victory of Ramesh Bidhuri, the BJP candidate from South Delhi constituency.

Welcoming them to party fold, senior leader V K Malhotra said their joining has given further momentum to BJP's campaign in the constituency.

Bidhuri, who was also present, exuded confidence of his victory saying all sections of society have extended their support to him.

Identifying price rise, hike in fee by private schools and growing unemployment as major issues in Delhi, Malhotra said the party was confident of winning almost all the seven seats in the national capital.
