"Sorry there is no concession for anybody. If anybody does not have proper accreditation, he will have to go through the process," he said when asked about the Australian Minister being stopped outside the gate.

Arbib today had to walk to the Australian residential block that too after being frisked by the security staff in the absence of proper accreditation.

Khanna said the the Home Ministry was right in stopping the issuance of accreditation cards as just a couple of days remain in the opening of the Games.

"The Ministry has taken the correct decision. This order applies to all the security agencies including Delhi Police. So we cannot be complacent about security but the security at the Games Village is fool-proof," he said.

He reiterated that the athletes at the Games Village are happy with the arrangements.

"All the athletes at the Village are satisfied and this is one of the best Games Village in any sporting event. All the 6,000 odd athletes who have arrived so far are happy. I had gone to the New Zealand residential tower and all their athletes are satisfied with the arrangements," he said.
