Promotion benefits for MCD teachers

With the initiation of a procedure for assured career progression (ACP) for its staff in the education department, the MCD on Tuesday said regular teachers working in its schools would soon be able to avail the benefits of ACP as per the recommendations of the sixth pay commission. HT reports.

With the initiation of a procedure for assured career progression (ACP) for its staff in the education department, the MCD on Tuesday said regular teachers working in its schools would soon be able to avail the benefits of ACP as per the recommendations of the sixth pay commission.

The process involves assured promotion for employees who complete 10, 20 and 30 years of service.
