Sinha repeatedly sought to know the fate of his notice from the Chair during Zero Hour.
The former Union Minister was referring to the Prime Minister's remarks during his intervention in the discussion on the deal that when Sinha went to Japan as Finance Minister (in 1991) he was not allowed to meet his counterpart.
Sinha alleged that the Prime Minister's statement on his visit was "untrue". PJ Kurien, who was in the Chair, said that Sinha's notice was under consideration of the Chairman.
