Suman Mahato takes oath as LS member

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha's Suman Mahato on Thursday took oath as a member of the Lok Sabha.

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha's Suman Mahato on Thursday took oath as a member of the Lok Sabha.

Suman last week won the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha bye-election which was necessitated following the murder of her husband and JMM leader Sunil Mahato in March this year.

JMM supremo Shibu Soren was present in the House when Speaker Somnath Chatterjee administered the oath to Mahato.
