Commuters had a harrowing time during the day as south Delhi roads were badly choked as thousands of protesters reached Ali Gaon through the Badarpur border.
The worst affected areas were Okhla, Sarita Vihar, Mathura Road and Badarpur, said traffic police. Anil Shukla, additional commissioner of police (Traffic) said, “Motorists were advised to avoid Mathura road towards Faridabad.”
