She also registered a complaint with the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) against the Mallya scion for his tweets after Pomersbach’s arrest.

“I am hurt and disappointed over Siddharth’s false statement. My attorneys are looking into the matter,” the victim said.

On Friday, liquor baron Vijay Mallya’s son Siddharth had accused her of talking nonsense and also alleged that she had insisted he share his blackberry messenger pin with her in Thursday’s post-IPL party.

“We have received a complaint and will take up the matter on Monday,” said DCW Chairperson Barkha Singh.

The victim has also sought Siddharth’s unconditional apology, her advocate Jitender Garg said, adding: “A legal notice has been issued to Sidhartha Mallya for his twitter comment. We will wait for his reply. And if he refuses to apologies, we will file a defamation case against him."

Meanwhile, a doctor at Chanakyapuri’s Primus Hospital, where the American’s fiancé Sahil Peerzada is recuperating, said the latter could be discharged on Sunday as his hearing has improved. He had been admitted to the hospital after being allegedly assaulted by Pomersbach.

The hospital's deputy medical superintendent Makkar, said: “We have to conduct two-three more tests including CT scan before releasing him.”

On Friday, doctors had said he could suffer from hearing loss in his left ear due to bleeding.
