The Delhi High Court on Wednesday said the only way to prevent waterlogging was to widen the drains.
A bench of acting Chief Justice AK Sikri and justice RS Endlaw also noted the inundation of underpasses and areas under flyovers. They slammed the civic agencies for the delay in filing the action taken report on desilting of drains.
