Woman held with drugs at airport

A Malaysia-bound woman passenger was held with 9.72 kg Ketamine, a party drug, at Terminal 3 on Friday. The customs department spotted the passenger while she was heading for check-in.

A Malaysia-bound woman passenger was held with 9.72 kg Ketamine, a party drug, at Terminal 3 on Friday. The customs department spotted the passenger while she was heading for check-in.

“During scanning of her baggage, some narcotic substance in powder form was found. The drug was tested and found positive for Ketamine. The drug was seized and passenger was arrested under customs Act,” said Neeta Lall Butalia, commissioner of customs (I&G).
