They attacked them with baseball bats and hockey sticks when the youngsters allegedly tried to enter the pub wearing shorts and vests. Also, the bouncers allegedly pushed two of the victims from the third floor of the mall.

The fight between the two groups went on for about 40 minutes with no police intervention. The DLF City police have registered a case of rioting and attempt to murder against the pub owner and the bouncers.

Two of the victims are lodged in Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and one is undergoing head surgery in a private hospital.

An unknown person among the youth also open fired inside the mall but the police seem to be clueless. Ashok Kumar, the owner of Ignite Club, said one of the youngsters hit his head with a revolver butt before opening fire to scare the bouncers.

Ten youths from village Chakarpur got injured and were admitted in a private hospital in Sushant Lok. Three bouncers, including the pub owners, were arrested on charges of attempt to murder.

"The incident took place outside Ignite Club around 9.30pm when my nephew Jayant Yadav (22) and four of his friends, all from the nearby Chakarpur village, entered into an altercation with the bouncers on the issue of entry into the pub. Heated arguments led to a fight. Bouncers from two more pubs, Prison and Last Chance, and clubs situated in other malls also came in and assaulted the youth. They were about 30-40 in number," said Satbir Singh, the complainant and Jayant's uncle.

"The incident went on for about 40 minutes but the police were nowhere. Finally, the SHO of Sector 29 police station Jagdish Prasad reached the spot and rushed us all to the hospital," Singh added.

Two bouncers and the owner of the Ignite Club have been arrested, said Jagdish Prasad.
