Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has declared the Karnataka SSLC result of class 10th exam today, on April 30. A total of 73.7% students passed the exam.
Candidates can check their results at the official website of Karnataka Board. Here is the direct link to check the Karnataka SSLC result 2019 . In case the official website is not opening due to heavy traffic, candidates can check their results on some other alternate websites.

Karnatak SSLC Results 2019 : HIGHLIGHTS
This year, 8,25,486 students appeared
6,08,336 passed or 73.70%. Pass percentage in 2018 was 71.93
This year’s pass percentage -school wise:
- Government: 77.84%
- Aided: 77.21%
- Unaided: 82.72
- Total school educated: 79.38%
- Boys: 68.46% (last year 66.56%)
- Girls: 79.59% (last year 78.01%)
Girls continued to outshine boys, by recording a higher pass percentage. While 79.59% girls passed the exam, up from 78.01 last year, 68.46% boys passed, an increase from 66.56% of last year.

Urban : 70.05 (last year 69.38
Rural : 76.67 (last year 74)
Rural areas continued to perform better than urban. The pass percentage for rural areas was 76.67%, up from 74% last year, and the corresponding figure for urban areas was 70.05%, a slight increase from 69.38% recorded last year.
Medium wise pass percentage (last year figures in brackets)
Kannada : 70.19 (67.33)
English : 80.88 (81.23)
Urdu: 79.87 (57.29)
Marathi: 70.87 (75.86)
Students who hailed from English medium schools performed better than their counterparts from regional language medium schools. The pass percentage for students who appeared in the English medium was 80.88%, for Kannada 70.19%, Urdu 79.87%, Marathi 70.87%.

Among the toppers, two students secured all 625 marks, 11 students secured 624 marks, 19 secured 623 and 39 secured 622 marks out of a total 625 marks.

Students from private unaided schools performed better than their peers from government and aided schools. The pass percentage in unaided schools was 82.72%, while in aided schools it was 77.21% and 77.84% in government schools.
Among the districts, Hassan pipped Udupi to the top spot in terms of pass percentage. As many as 89.33% candidates from the district passed. Ramanagara district finished second with a pass percentage of 88.49, followed by Bengaluru Rural with 88.34. Yadgir district in the northern Hyderabad- Karnataka region was the worst performing of the 34 educational districts in the state, recording a pass percentage of 53.95%.
