Aamir-Kiran plan a bash

Aamir-Kiran to host friends and family at a party at their new home; will introduce them to the crew of an upcoming film that Rao is supporting.

Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, who have moved into a new house while their Bandra pad is being renovated, are already in party mode. The first celebration at the new home will be a party for the team of Ship Of Theseus (SOT) next week.

Kiran is excited about the film, which releases in July. She says, “Anand (Gandhi, director) and I have become close friends in a very short span of time. I thought it would be nice to introduce him and his cast and crew to our friends and colleagues.”

“It will be the first party in this new house, where they have shifted recently. Their house is under renovation and will take a while to get fully ready. Kiran is looking after all the arrangements for the party. She feels the entire team is talented and has done a great job on the film,” says an insider, adding, “Aamir supports Kiran’s thoughts on the film. SOT is very close to her and she’s excited for its release. It has been received well at various film festivals. People have loved the film.”

Apart from the SOT team, the couple also plans on inviting their family and close friends from the industry, since Kiran wants to introduce them the film’s crew.
