On the occasion of the Punjabi festival Lohri, which was celebrated yesterday, Bachchan, while wishing his Twitterverse, also remembered his mother Teji Bachchan.

“My mother, a Sikh, used to tell us tales of how little kids in erstwhile Punjab (now in Pakistan), used to come around collecting charity. Still have vivid memories of those tales,” he said.
