Antim, starring Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma, has completed a successful first week at the box office. The film has collected 29.35 crore at the domestic box office since its release in theatres across India.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the first week figures of the film on Twitter. He wrote, "#Antim closes *Week 1* on a satisfactory note… #Maharashtra was the key contributor [50% occupancy]… Going forward, needs to maintain the pace in Week 2… Fri 5.03 cr, Sat 6.03 cr, Sun 7.55 cr, Mon 3.24 cr, Tue 2.90 cr, Wed 2.50 cr, Thu 2.10 cr. Total: 29.35 cr. #India biz."

Directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, Antim is described as a gripping tale of two powerful men with polar opposite ideologies; one a cop, played by Salman, and the other a gangster, portrayed by Aayush.

Salman said he is happy with the response to the film. He told PTI in an interview, “It is the happiest moment for all of us that people went to theatres to watch the movie and that Aayush was appreciated and everyone else too was appreciated including me, Mahesh, Mahima, and others. It is a win-win situation for us. Now, we are going to all cities to promote the movie and make them aware that I am not there in the film for just 15 minutes but more.”

Salman said that he tries his best to portray what his audiences want. “I need to give my audience different things that they want. I have to give them what they like to see in me, action or romance or humour all the time. If you see my films, all of them are clean, there is no abusive language or kissing. You will see a lot of action or little action. But the values and the dos and don’ts will be the same,” he said.
