Anurag Kashyap's first pic after angioplasty shared by daughter Aaliyah, see here
Anurag Kashyap recently underwent angioplasty and is now recovering at home. His daughter recently reached Mumbai and has now shared a video.
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap made a rare appearance on his daughter's social media recently. Aaliyah Kashyap posted a short video clip that gave fans a glimpse of the filmmaker, as he recuperates at home after undergoing a medical procedure earlier this week. Aaliyah, who is studying in the US, recently returned to Mumbai.
Aaliyah appeared to have used a filter as she shared a video of Anurag on Instagram Stories on Friday. In the clip, he is bald. He is seen smiling and is wearing a blue T-shirt, with a black mask hanging around his neck. He stares at the camera as it zooms in on his face and then says, "I am so blind." The sound of girls laughing can be heard in the background.

Anurag underwent an angioplasty earlier this week, his spokesperson had confirmed. He had the cardiac procedure after he complained of chest pain last week, a source close to him told PTI. "Yes, he underwent an angioplasty. He is now recuperating. Thank you for your concern," his representative said in a brief statement. The 48-year-old director has been advised rest for a couple of weeks, he added.

Anurag is best known for directing critically acclaimed films such as Gangs of Wasseypur, Black Friday, Raman Raghav 2.0, among others. Currently, he is working on Dobaaraa, featuring his Manmarziyaan star Taapsee Pannu and Pavail Gulati.
Dobaaraa marks the duo's third collaboration after 2018's hit Manmarziyaan and biographical drama Saand Ki Aankh, which had Anurag on board as a producer.
