Fans of Robert Pattinson swamped Madame Tussauds in the city of Blackpool in London on Tuesday, to get their photo taken with the institution’s latest famous wax figure, a statue of the actor.

Fans, however, got disappointed when they realised that the wax statue does not look very much like the actor. Dressed in Pattinson’s trademark suit jacket, jeans and skinny tie, the 26-year-old’s lifesized likeness was guarded by four extra bouncers to stop frenzied Twi-hards from damaging the waxwork.

The Sun reports that it took four months and a staggering 150,000 pounds to create the figure, which will go for a world tour in November.
