Despite his A-list status, Hollywood is still turning its back on accepting Kardashian into the elite parties, events and clubs that they’re eager to join, reports RadarOnline.com.
“He’s a serious star that people really respect, especially as a business man, but they want nothing to do with Kim", said a source.
Kardashian was desperate to go the Vanity Fair Oscar party, but was not invited to the event. “Kim is just not welcome at the same places Kanye is,” the source added.
It took a lot of effort from West to get Kim featured on the cover of Vogue last month. However, both West and Vogue editor Anna Wintour said Kim's selection was not due to pressure exerted by West.
