According to TMZ.com sources, she's "passionate" about mentoring some of the troubled girls she's met in rehab.

Lohan is genuinely trying to help, writing them inspirational notes and giving them advise.

Sources also said that Lohan gets no preferential treatment, in fact, nurses are harder on her.

She doesn't have a window in her room and she can't change the channels on her TV because it's behind glass.
