The Dangerous Method star says she doesn’t find acting therapeutic and needs to relax at the end of a day’s work in order to stop her roles making her upset, reported Showbizspy online.

“A lot of people say that acting is like therapy, but I don’t go for that... I do, however, find it incredibly cathartic and when you’re playing something dark, you want to have a really nice time afterwards, otherwise it’s too depressing,” Knightley said.
