Canadian singer Nelly Furtado is calling on Playboy boss Hugh Hefner to offer her a big money deal to pose naked on her 40th birthday. Furtado had earlier declined the offer.

Furtado, now 31, was offered a huge sum to strip at the beginning of her career, but she was scared it would tarnish her chances of musical success and now that she's older, the star feels more confident with her looks and career and is inviting Hefner to make her a new offer, reports Contactmusic.com.

"The magazine was even prepared to offer me $500,000, (but) I didn't want Playboy on my resume at the age of 22... If they ask when I'm 40, I'll probably say yes," she said.
