The 46-year-old actor, who was spotted wearing a very large diamond ring at Sean Penn's Help Haiti Gala in Beverly Hills, said that she, Salomon and their families are very happy and that's all that matters, News.com.au reported.
During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 46-year old Canadian-American actress had said that the 45-year-old film producer is a great guy and admitted that they both happy, People Magazine reported.
Pamela and Rick got married on October 6, 2007 for the first time. The Baywatch star, however, filed for divorce, the same year, in December. On February 22, 2008, she asked for an annulment. It was granted on March 24 that year.
Pamela's previous marriages were to drummer Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.
