Randeep Hooda loves his horses like people love their children. He finds time to ride them and pamper them even in the middle of double shifts and hectic work pressures. But recently his favourite horse, Son of Soil, gave him a traumatic time when he fell sick and needed to be operated urgently.

Says a source, “Randeep found his horse in severe pain last Monday and rushed the horse to the hospital where Son of Soil was diagnosed with colic pain and needed urgent surgery. Like a worried parent Randeep stayed in the hospital till the operation was done and the horse was out of danger.”
To keep his nervousness in check Randeep tweeted relentlessly the details of operation with pictures and then thanked the hospital staff and the doctor effusively after SOS showed signs of recovery.” Randeep owns five horses in all.
