Actor Soha Ali Khan has ended speculation about when her brother, actor Saif Ali Khan will tie the knot with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor. “They (Saif and Kareena) are looking forward to getting married in March next year,” said Soha, who was in the Capital on Saturday.
In the past, the actor-couple had hinted at a February wedding. "We plan to get married in February 2012," Saif had said in an interview earlier this month.
Soha, 33, refrained from commenting on her own wedding with actor Kunal Khemu. "The appropriate time to talk about my marriage plans will be when I have something concrete to say," she said.
When asked about the speculation about her wedding being in February, Kareena had rubbished the reports.
"There was never any fixed date or month for our wedding. Plus, we never discussed it in the press. So, until Saif or I talk about it, no dates can be fixed. And as a rule, we are never going to discuss it in the media. And when we really have to, we will," she told HT Cafe adding that people are welcome to speculate.
"People shouldn’t believe in what the media reports. We never said it’s going to be happen in February, so how can there be any cancellation? Everyone, apart from Saif and I, seems to know more about our marriage," she concluded.
