When it came out that Salma Hayek's billionaire husband François-Henri Pinault was the father of model Linda Evangelista's lovechild, Salma Hayek was none-too-happy.

Now, it seems matters have gotten much worse.

The former cover girl is taking Pinault to court for a rather neat sum of money as child support for their four-year-old son Augustin.

46-year-old Evangelista says that she needs the money to pay for a full-time nanny and armed chaffeurs(?) as she is a working single mother. She claims that the time she's not working, she's working on her image.

Evangelista had said in an interview in 1991 that 'We (supermodels) don't wake up for less than $10,000 a day.'

She testified that she 'wants to have a 24-hour nanny because she does not want to be alone with the child.'

Her lawyer claims that Pinault can afford to spend the monthly sum as he shells out $50,000 a month for a $12 million Los Angeles estate held in trust in his and Hayek's daughter, Valentina's name.

Pinault curently pays her no child support.

Pinault, whose family is worth $11.5 billion, is the CEO of PPR. PPR is a luxury brands firm that owns the likes of Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga.

The child support amount reportedly made the judge's jaw drop.
