Bigg Boss 17 premiere highlights: Salman Khan introduces 17 new contestants, kicks off new season

Isha Malviya and Abhishek Kumar had a long argument about their relationship where she even said that she once physically hurt her. She said she would never go back to a man who raised hands against her.

As Abhishek raised his voice trying to defend himself, Salman Khan told him to calm down. He, however, also told Isha that she should have the common sense not to disclose such things on national television and that he has every right to defend himself.

Udaariyaan couple Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya have entered the show. While he says that they were a couple, Isha says they were never together.

Television actor Rinku Dhawan and gamer Arun Mashettey have entered the house. They were shown glimpses of other contestants and asked if they feel threatened by them.

Sunny's wife bids him goodbye in a unique style. He asks her to take care of his parents but she asks him to leave Khanzaadi's hand first.

Sunny is told to choose among Soniya and Khanzaadi and he goes on to wear handcuffs with Khanzaadi. Soon, his wife comes on stage to give him a thrashing. He slaps himself as a punishment and even his wife beats him up.

Sunny Arya asked Soniya for a dance and the two danced to Yaara O Yaara.

Bigg Boss introduces Sunny Arya as Tehelka Bhai. A glimpse of his pranks with common people is shown on the show.

Khanzaadi arrives on stage and introduces herself as a free bird who chose her own name. Firoza Khan is her other name. She introduces Salman to Assam.

Bigg Boss introduces Soniya Bansal as sundar, susheel and ready to mingle and she agrees.

Salman introduces actor and model Soniya Bansal on Bigg Boss 17 and reveals hers is a last-minute entry.

Salman makes Ankita say that she will let Vikki get eliminated in her place, do her share of household chores, get her share of scolding and more. Salman makes Vikki say that Ankita will not sit on any chair in the house as Vikki will make her sit on his head.

Ankita explained how she will change her clothes three times a day as she has got an opportunity to return to the small screen after a long time. Salman also revealed Ankita is carrying matching lipsticks with her clothes and a silver glass as well.

Ankita reveals Vikki gels with people very soon while Vikki reveals that Ankita stares at him when he is spending time with his friends.

Ankita Lokhande and husband Vikki Jain dance to romantic songs on stage as they arrive to join the show as contestants.

Jigna and Sana had entered the show together and decided to enter the second house - Dimag.

Munawar talks about watching Scoop which was based on Jigna Vora's case. She talks about watching his shows.

Bigg Boss calls Mannara and Munawar to confession room. He asks Munawar why he is not trusting Mannara. He is yet to decide which section of the Bigg Boss house he wants to go.

Aishwarya decided to live in the Dil house and Neil agreed to go by her decision and live with her in that section.

Jigna talked to her son before entering the Bigg Boss 17 house. He said she can win the show just like she has won in life.

Jigna says she has lived in jail with 40 women and knows how to live with people peacefully. She connected with Salman while talking about getting bail in her case.

Jigna Vora talks about her 9-month-long jail term. She reveals that she has come on the show for the sake of her son who wanted her to participate.

Former crime reporter Jigna Vora also entered the show and met Sana Raees Khan on Bigg Boss 17 stage.

Criminal lawyer Sana Raees Khan has been introduced as the new contestant. She arrived in a simple black pantsuit.

Anurag Dobhal shared his last blog with Salman Khan before he went on to enter the Bigg Boss 17 house.
