In the hardcore footage, a cab can be seen dropping a woman off at an eight-story parking lot that is followed by several graphic scenes.

According to the shocked staff, the clip could be just one of three explicit movies taped at the location.

Patrols have been stepped up around the garage and cops are now investigating the video, as it is illegal to film on council property without permission.
