Designer Rajvi Mohan's boys' brigade opened the first day of Delhi Fashion Week at India's first luxury mall in New Delhi, reports Deepti Kaul. See special

The debutant designer gave a stroke of colour to men's wear with models wearing fluorescent green and orange kurtas teamed up with white churidars.

The collection showcased shirts, pants, bermudas, kurta, churidaars, jodhpuris and suits with interesting collars. The special thing about those hide and seek suits was that there was a little coloured strip used under the collar giving a spicy look to a boring jacket.

The same treatment was given to white and beige shirts with collars and cuffs in interesting colours. Rajvi used the fabrics like linen, cotton silk, silk giving her collection a complete cool feel.

The colour palatte saw colours like beige, white, sunny yellow and moved to blues and to bolder reds and blacks.

Thumbs up for the music, as the music was from 40's and 50's era with a mix Indian classical beats.
