The Meet the Designer – Concierge service at the upcoming Aamby Valley India Bridal Week gives brides-to-be the opportunity to personally interact with their favourite designers and consult them with regard to their wedding outfits. The service will be available during the course of the event, from October 29 till November 2.

A personal hostess will be allotted to customers, to provide them with detailed information about the latest collections of the designers. Prior to the meeting with the designer, the hostess will note down personal preferences and requirements, enabling the designer to be well-informed about their customer’s needs.

Although the series of fashion shows can be attended only by invitation, this service can be availed of by everyone. Customers will receive an opportunity to attend their preferred designer’s show. To add to the luxurious experience, a limousine will pick them up and drop them to the venue. The consultation, too, will take place over champagne and appetisers.

The service is aimed at bridging the gap between designers and customers, by offering a more personalised shopping experience. Designer Neeta Lulla is all for this concept. “Sometimes, customers want to buy from us, but don’t know how to reach us. This is a great innovation that will benefit the customer, the designer and the organisation,” she says. Shantanu and Nikhil agree, adding, “Ist helps us to create the perfect design for our customer.”
