Beauty major Chanel brought out three khaki-coloured nail shades at a recent gala, the Fashion Nightout 2010. The brand’s global Creative Director, Peter Philips, has created three different tones of khaki - rose, brown, and green.

The ‘Les Khakis de Chanel’ range will be available for $25, or R 1,164 per bottle at Chanel boutiques, on Chanel.com, and in select department stores.

So ditch the regular coffee or nudes, and go forkhaki instead. Khaki nails go with most colours, including summer whites. It suits dusky skin tones, too.
