Next Gen designer Nida Mahmood opened the last day of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week in New Delhi. Oscar winning movie Slumdog Millionaire’s influence could be seen in Nida’s show as she tried to present the picture of real India. Deepti Kaul reports.

The show brought a new energy in the air; décor, style and setup were in sync with the theme- high on

Designer Nida Mahmood presented a collection of sarees in bright colours worn over jeans and teamed up with brocade blouses. Nida experimented with net and velvet.
