5 Eight-pack abs: Bollywood stars like Sanjay Dutt and Shahid Kapur boasted about getting eight-pack-abs and caused a frenzy among fitness freaks to do the same. However, fitness experts debunked the claim, stating that eight-pack abs were physically impossible.
