It seems the split in Fashion Design Council of India and forming of other two fashion bodies has made place for old fashion czars in FDCI.
Vinod Kaul, once the executive director of FDCI, who wasn’t seen in the fashion circuit for quite and long time is suddenly back to the front row. His presence in the show gave a kind of authencity to the event.
One of the senior people in the fashion industry, Vinod also seems quite excited about coming back to the old den, he says “I am back with FDCI and you will see me here for the coming next five days.”
At the time of FDCI split, Vinod Kaul was one of the strong contenders, who could keep all the designers glued to the council.
Let’s hope this old and new association lifts the spirit of fashion industry.
