Are you worried about your skin turning dry and dehydrated in summer? Try the Vitamin E massage at the Energy spa and salon in Ramada Plaza in the capital.

Spread over 4,500 sq ft, the place offers 29 different kinds of spa treatments as well as beauty solutions like exotic facials, pedicures and hair care at separate stations.

Thanks to the pastel shades and dim lights, there is a soothing effect. The place has five massage rooms with an attached bathroom and the best part is a separate steam section which is very spacious and effective.

Before you set out for the massage, you are advised to take a 15-minute steam so that all your pores are open and the body absorbs the Vitamin E cream easily.

Once you are ready, the masseuse will help you take the right position on a nicely laid bed-cum-table. Then she will apply a mix of olive oil and Vitamin E cream on your body with rhythmic pressures. If you want special attention on any body part, you can ask for it.

The cream is combined with olive oil but with care as people generally avoid going for oil massages during summer. After the hour-long massage, you can head for a cold or a hot shower.

The soft and supple touch of your skin will definitely leave a smile on your face.

Location: The Energy Spa and Salon, Ramada Plaza.

Duration: 60 minutes.

Price: Rs.3,500 exclusive taxes.
