Disney Pixar has unveiled the first trailer for their new animated film Coco.
Disney Pixar has unleashed a trailer for its upcoming animated film Coco, ahead of its scheduled release in cinemas later this year.
The feature, the second of the studio’s 2017 releases after Cars 3, is helmed by Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina, who previously directed Toy Story 3 and Monsters University, respectively, with the trailer suggesting a colourful adventure in store.
Coco is centred on Miguel (voiced by newcomer Anthony Gonzalez), an aspiring musician and big dreamer — despite his family’s disapproval of music.
Together with his sidekick Hector (Gael García Bernal), the duo set off on a journey across the Land of the Dead to figure out the secrets of Miguel’s family history.
Benjamin Bratt, Renée Victor, and Ana Ofelia Murguia also star, with the film to be released in theaters on November 22.
