Actress Kate Beckinsale has joined the cast of comedy movie Absolutely Anything. The 40-year-old will star with actor Simon Pegg in the movie, which will be directed by British comedy group Monty Python's Terry Jones

Actress Kate Beckinsale has joined the cast of comedy movie Absolutely Anything.
The 40-year-old will star with actor Simon Pegg in the movie, which will be directed by British comedy group Monty Python's Terry Jones, reports deadline.com.
The movie is about a disillusioned school teacher, essayed by Pegg, who is given magical powers by a group of aliens. The movie will be voiced by group regulars John Cleese, Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin.
Ben Timlett and Bill Jones are co-producing the movie and Mike Medavoy and Chris Chesser are executive producing it.
Absolutely Anything is set to begin filming in March in London.
